Farms Walks for 2008
Over the summer months we are planning a series of farm tours and events for our customers to see and taste the organic produce we and our neighbours grow for the boxes and give you the opportunity to ask any technical questions.
The tours start at 6.00pm, meeting us at our packing hall, you will then be guided around our farm and some of our neighbours' fields where you will see the range of vegetables growing such as potatoes, courgettes, beetroot, spinach and leeks. The nature and layout of our farm does mean that we will have to travel along tracks and short distances on public highways and will ask you to travel in convoy in your own cars, all tracks are suitably maintained for the average car!
The tours will last a couple of hours and will end back at the packing hall with a refreshing glass of organic fruit juice.
The guided walks need to be booked in advance (even at the last minute!).

Remember! River Swale is a working farm so sensible shoes and clothing are recommended.
